On Wednesday, August 06th, 2008, Element3 participated at The Taste of Waterville annual event, by serving a unique menu. So unique, it was the talk of the town! E3 members cooked on site and served fried catfish, hushpuppies, fried okra, boiled corn, cheese grits and sweet tea! Element3 also gave out a number of E3 keychains for customers to try to win hundreds of dollars worth of prizes!
